meet miranda
I have always had a lifelong passion for design. Upon attending Baylor University, I chose to pursue a business degree in hopes of owning and running my own interior design firm one day. I knew I loved to put together rooms and decorate, but after interning for a custom home builder in Dallas, it confirmed my desire to work in the field of residential home design. Before owning my own design firm, I worked
as a Design Assistant and Project Manager for a high-end interior design firm in Dallas. Here I learned the in's and out's of the design business as well as how to create and cultivate a custom project from start to finish. From custom furniture and decorating to remodel construction, I learned and honed my skill set. After 3 years, I decided to leave and start Miranda Kyle Design in 2019, which evolved into MKF Design in 2022. Currently I live in Dallas with my husband, Connor and Golden Retriever Hallie.
